 Shenzhen
stands against mountains and faces the sea, a beautiful coastal
city. The winding Dapeng Bay has a coastline of more than 70
kilometers, linking the Greater Meisha, Lesser Meisha, Xichong,
Diefu, Shuishatou and Xiyong snowy beaches together. The Shenzhen
Reservoir, and Xili Lake and Xiangmi Lake have quiet and beautiful
environment and are good places for tours and holidays. The night
scenery is spectacular with all its glittering and neon lights
flashing from the tall skyscrapers.
 The
major tourist attractions in Shenzhen include Fairy Lake
Botanical Garden, China Folk Culture Villages,
Splendid China, Minsk World and Safari Park,
etc. Shenzhen is also a metropolis of modern skyscrapers and
shopping malls.

Folk Culture Villages -Scattering around the park are 24
villages built in 1:1 ratio, inhabited by real ethnic people who
present their traditional arts, customs, languages and cuisines.
Traditional culture performances are held there every day.
Splendid China also known as Miniature of China, the
park features replicas of more than 80 scenic and cultural wonders
in the country. Over 100 major tourist attractions have been
miniaturized and laid out according to the map of China.
Minsk World is a military-themed park based on a retired
aircraft carrier, the Minsk, which was built in the former Soviet
Union and was once the world's fifth largest of its kind.
Safari Park is located in the north of Shenzhen. It is the
first of its kind in the country; the park is a 120,000-sqm
subtropical garden housing nearly 10,000 wild animals and birds of
more than 300 species.
